The apartment was huge with a bedroom downstairs with ensuite. Upstairs there was a bedroom with a balcony and a seperate bathroom, combined with the large living and kitchen area. It also had its own balcony. Air conditioning worked throughout and washing and dryer facilities were available. I merely requested the key at reception for the gym and pools, located opposite one another near a park.
The check in line took a considerable amount of time.

My room included a washer and a dryer. Even washing detergent was supplied. the room size was great and its location was near moore park.
The oven timer didn't work. This possibly violates fire safety regulations.

The check-in process took longer than expected. I waited in line for over 20 minutes. Upon reaching the front desk, I learned my room was not yet ready. The suite itself also had some issues. The air conditioner barely worked.

mixed feelings about the stay
room layoutleaking shower headsbad internet service
the room had a cool layout and a set of stairs separated the living room from the bedroom.
the shower heads leaked in both bathrooms. the balcony doors needed real effort to open, it was hard. the internet service were so bad, it just didn't work.

Fantastic Stay Near the Grounds!

I attended the SCG test match and this location was perfect for my needs. I walked to the grounds daily. I parked my car upon arrival and left it, as public transport to the city was frequent and simple to access from the hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient should I need assistance.
The road outside was a bit noisy.

Reception staff provided goody bags to children. This was a very nice touch. The staff was friendly and very helpful (the goody bags were a plus!). Staff swiftly addressed requests.

My room was a modern One Bedroom Suite, very spacious, and well-equipped with needed amenities. It allowed self-catering with many restaurants within a short walk. Cleanliness was excellent. The room was comfortable.
